Wine Flights & Tapas

Each guest may select and share three or four tapas from a Price Fixed Menu to be served along with your table’s selection of our evening’s featured wine flights. Wine flights provide a sampling of three to five wines.

Daily reservations are accepted. Acceptance of reservations will be dependent upon availability of private wine room.

Six-Course Wine Dinner

An extravagant evening of wine, white-linen service, and artisan cuisine prepared exclusively for you and your guests. We provide the following services to create an unforgettable evening for our wine dinner guests:

• We coordinate and create a six-course menu to meet your particular tastes and preferences, while featuring the best from the harvests of the season.
• We hand select a wine from our selection of over 200 wines to pair with each course on the menu.
• We personally prepare and serve each course to our guests in our private wine room.
• We serve one wine with each course, offering a brief description about the wine, along with the basic principles behind the chosen wine and cuisine pairing.

Reservations are required 7 days prior to event to allow proper time for coordination and preparation.
